1. Using Curatyze

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Curatyze for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Commercial use — such as operating a branded presence — is allowed only within the features we provide.

Simply put: use Curatyze to discover and share products you love. Don't try to scrape or copy it.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Simply put: your account is your responsibility. Keep your password safe.

3. Content You Post

You own the content you create on Curatyze — collection titles, descriptions, curator notes, and images you upload. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Simply put: your content is yours. You're giving us permission to show it on Curatyze.

4. Things You Shouldn't Do

Don't post content that is illegal, harmful, or harassing. Don't impersonate others, distribute spam, or attempt to access parts of the platform you're not authorized to use. Don't use Curatyze for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Simply put: be a good actor. Don't do anything you wouldn't want done to you.

5. Third-Party Links

Curatyze links to third-party retailers and product pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, or availability. When you leave Curatyze, their terms and privacy policies apply.

Simply put: when you click "View at retailer," you're leaving our platform. We're not the shop.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Curatyze name, logo, design, and code are our property. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of them. You may not use our branding without our written permission.

Simply put: Curatyze is ours. Your content is yours.

7. Disclaimers

Curatyze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product information, prices, and availability on our platform come from third parties and may not be accurate. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Simply put: we do our best, but we can't guarantee perfection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Curatyze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any).

Simply put: if something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that should survive termination — like content licensing and liability limits — will do so.

Simply put: you can leave anytime. We can remove accounts that break the rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Curatyze after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

Simply put: check back occasionally. Continued use means you're in.
